It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Austin Reginald Tye of Carleton Place, Ontario, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Tye (Jacquith); and his siblings, Velma Dorman, Eileen Byers, Gladys Burt, Mary Alice Roantree, Ronald, Melvin and Howard Tye.

He is survived by: his children, Tim of Elgin, Peggy (Chad) of Smiths Falls and Karen (Mark) of Carleton Place; his siblings, Phyllis Hintz of Kingston and Myrla Bailey of Joyceville; his grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan, Heather and Kaylea; his great grandchildren, Desiree, Dante, Shelby and Buddy; and his siblings-in-law, Danny Roantree, Inez and Barbara Tye. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions, a Private Family Service will be held.
