He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adams and Dorene Adams; and his sister Heather Jackson. He is survived by: his significant other Beverley Montgomery; his daughters, Stephanie Cook (Tim) of Cobourg, Rochelle Reddick (Brian) of Prescott and Tania Adams of Brockville; his grandchild Avery Cook of Cobourg; his siblings, Connie King (Steve) of Johnstown, Dan (Debbie) of Cardinal, Chuck (Wendy) of California and Ruth Hutton (Paul) of Pittston; his sibling-in-law Larry Jackson of Maitland; his former spouse Marylyn Adams of Johnstown; and also Leslie Lascelle (Kelly) of Ingleside. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations to the Ontario Humane Society or the BGH Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
