He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cook and Eileen Cook; and his brother Gord Cook. He is survived by: his sons, Dave (Deb) and Tony (Joy) of Brockville; his grandchildren, Kallie, Cole and James Cook; his great grandchild Addison; and his siblings, Pat Cove (George), Doris McGhie (Tommy), Rhoda Earl (Gord) and Mickey Cook (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
