He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Amell and Margaret Amell. He is survived by: his close friend Barb Heutus of Cardinal; his children, Rick and Julie; his grandson Ethan; and his sister June Amell of Cardinal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
