We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2020, at the age of 77, Patricia Hatashita (Cardinal, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Hatashita; her sister Stephanie Orlick; her cousin Caroline Carswell; and her parents, Paul Miluch and Katherine Miluch.
She is survived by: her cousins, Sue Taraschuk and Bob Glowacki; her brother-in-law Gerry Orlick; her nephews, Steven and Greg Orlick; her great-nephew Edward Hatashita-Lee; and her godson Stephen Ellison (Elsie Ellison).
Donations in memory of Patricia may be made to St. Demetrius The Great Martyr Ukrainian Catholic Church or St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto.
