She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rosalia Sametz and William Sametz; her children, Alexandra Jarosil (Edward Williams) and James Jarosil; her grandchild Klara Rose; her sister Gloria Chewchuk (Walter); and her nieces and nephews, Katya Chewchuk and Willy Chewchuk Katherine.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions and under direction from our regulator, the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, effective November 23, 2020 all funerals and visitations will be by invitation only to limit the number of people in attendance and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral or to Princess Margaret Cancer Centre will be appreciated.
