She was predeceased by: her spouse Mychajlo; and her child Ihor Mike. She is survived by: her child Irene Chwartacky; her grandchildren, Steven Chwartacky (Caroline Carek), Michael Kasij (Christine), Andrew Chwartacky (Annie) and Larysa Kasij (Dan Colucci); and her great grandchildren, Veronica, Joseph, Christopher, Nadia and Evelyn.
