He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sons, Jim (Sue) and Jesse (Fatima); his grandchildren, Sarah (Garett), Mitchell (Cristina), Lucas, Julia and Mattaeus; and his great grandchild Grayson. He is also survived by relatives including godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St Joseph's Health Centre.
