He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; his children, Courtney Ouellette (Lucien) of Cardinal, Ryan (Brittanie) of Johnstown, Carley Lavery (Kyle) of Spencerville and Jody; his parents, Wesley Sullivan and Ruth Sullivan of North Bay; his sister Bonnie Herbert; his nieces and nephews, Chris and Katie; and his brother-in-law Robert Owers of Cardinal. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousin.
