He is survived by: his mother Mary Lewis; his children, Jacob Scott, Matthew Scott and Quinn Scott; his grandchildren, Lilly Scott, Ivy Scott and Macy Scott; and his siblings, Debra Scott, Mark Scott, Jo Johnson, Lori Scott and Sherri Ryan.
