He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard and Phyllis. He is survived by: his close friend Billie-Jo; his daughters, Ashala and Cheyenne of Cardiff; his parents-in-law, Edith and Faren Young of Maynooth; his siblings, Tisha and Steven Card of Perth; and also Chris Johnson of British Columbia.
