He was predeceased by: his parents, Reta Woodcox and Clifford Woodcox; and his brother Jerry Woodcox (Jake). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Woodcox (Cadieux); his sons, Matthew of Norway and Philip (Jen) of Kanata; his grandchildren, Addison and Liam; his siblings, Debbie Carr (James) of Bancroft, Shirley Cannon (Bob) of Lake St and Simone (Bob) of Ottawa; and his friend Lorne Stringer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
