He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jacqueline (Jackie); his sons, Nathan (Colleen), Philip (Cheryl) and Neil (Carey); his grandchildren, Alyssa Van Hoeve (Michael), Heather, Olivia, Isabel, Johanna, Charlotte and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Noah; his parents, Richard Higgins and Winnifred Higgins; his siblings, Lois Horan (late Des), Shirley Dzuirban (Alfred), Karen, Marlene Coleman (Jim) and Dennis; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Winterburn (Bill), Gary (late Nancy) and Janice Holloway (Kevin). He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Maison McCulloch Hospice or the St. Alban's Anglican Church would be greatly appreciated.
