He was predeceased by: his child Fraser; his parents, Morris Kelly and Madeline Kelly; and his siblings, Bob, Wayne and Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kelly; his children, Stephen, Shawn and Tina (Chris); his grandchildren, Veronica (Jason), Matthew (Marci), Maryah and Sydney; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Kayden and Miller; and his brother Donnie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
