He was predeceased by: his child George Daniel. He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne; his children, Cathie (Brian Snoddon), Pam (John Owen), Julie Shier (Rick Linton) and Raymond Shier (Lori); his grandchildren, Courtney, Danny, Brooke, Terry, Josie, John Jr, Raven, Owen and Ryan; his sisters, Carole Bickle, Gail Williamson (Alex) and Linda Wagg (Elwood Kirten); and his siblings-in-law, Ken Alsop and Helen Alsop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
