She was predeceased by: her children, Brian Veale and Janice Lee (late Rob); and her siblings, Verdun MacCallum, William Wakelin, Edward Wakelin, Donald Wakelin, Ray Wakelin, Gloria Wilson and Lois Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Garry Veale (Jane), Dianne Hawtin (late Tom), Sheila Stong (Dan) and Terry Veale. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
