He is survived by: his parent Eva Clarke; his spouse Helen Mae Clarke; his children, Valerie Lynn of Port Union, ON and Jeffrey (Sharon); his grandchildren, Calvin (Megan), Jeffery (Erin) and Reese (Mizuki); and his sibling Jack Clarke.
