He is survived by: his spouse Elaine (Forestell); his children, Michael, Michelle (Brad) and Mathew (Melissa); his grandchildren, Auriane, Damian, Olivia, Liam, Aydia, Tylar, Rena, Jack and Alexander; his siblings, Chris (Cathie), Peter (Joanne), MaryAnne (Rick) and Penny (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Lorraine (Merv), Yvonne, Fern (Joe), Vivian (Darryl), Marilyn (Bill), Mark (Lisa) and Chris (Sherri); and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Jesse, Reid, Charity, Emily, Jeremy, Adam, Cory, Abby, Shannon, Nicole, Giovanna, Bridget, Scott, Rachael, Sarah, Samantha and Regan.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital.
