He is survived by: his children, Earlene Layton, Ken and Marlene Mainland; his grandchildren, Andrew, Crystal Hudson, Jessica Hudson, Nicole Layton, Katelyn Mainland, Allison, Mike LaBelle, Emily Mainland and Ryan Wilson; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Jasper, Taylor, Sofia, Miller and Summer; and his siblings, Doris Rudd and Bruce Mainland.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Weaver Family Funeral Home (77 Second St, Campbellford, ON K0L1L0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
