He is survived by: his spouse Lee Smith; his son Stephan Smith (Kathy); his grandchildren, Thomas, Andrew, Grace, Luke and Nicholas; his stepchildren, Matthew Roscoe and Rebecca Roscoe; and his cousin Christopher Law.
