He was predeceased by: his child Joanne Jarvis; and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by: his spouse Nora Locke; his children, Michael (Eileen Locke), James (Shae Locke), Jessica, Chuck Bernales and Kelly Locke; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Heather, Matthew, Kelly, Kestrel, Savannah, Travis and Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
