He is survived by: his spouse Cathy Hall; his children, Jared (Amy Harrison), Lindsay (Justin Chizen), Chris Meiklejohn, Stacey Hall (Dalton Martin) and Wesley Hall (Madison Neville); his grandchildren, Deegan, Brady and Liliana; his sibling Elizabeth; and his husband Donald Arbery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
