He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Swartman and Larry Swartman of Smithfield; his wife Dorothy Way; and his significant other Irene McKey. He is survived by: his siblings, Bryan Swartman, Joan of Trenton, Bill Swartman, Linda of Smithfield and Lenore Pessoa. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
