He was predeceased by: his parents, Sjoerd Eisinga and Elisabeth Eisinga; his siblings, Jan Eisinga and Roelefien Eisinga; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Marcus, Aris Marcus, Lutzen Overwijk, Willy Purdy and Sally Marcus.
He is survived by: his wife Rina (Huigerina) Eisinga; his children, Elizabeth, Wilhelmina Hoekstra (David) and Elzo; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Robyn Amodeo (Joey), Jeremy Hoekstra (Laureanne), Christine DenOuden (Kyle) and Lisa Hoekstra-Briand (Wayne); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Eisinga, Ali Overwijk, Hillie Marcus and Hugo Marcus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
