Douglas Merry Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Merry of Campbellford, Ontario, who passed away on April 19, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Merry and Dorothy Merry; and his brother Jim Merry. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Jack Merry (JoAnne) of Cobourg, Mike Nixon (Anesha) of St. Charles, Earl Merry (Jackie) of Newfoundland, Michelle Kellow (Kevin) of Douro-Dummer, Matthew Nixon of Port Hope and James Merry (Amanda) of Pembroke; and his sisters, Peggy Martin of Newmarket and Dorothy Dennis of British Columbia. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews many special friends and other relatives.

Memorial donations made in Doug's memory to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) – KHSC Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
