He was predeceased by: his parents, Fortuna Joanette and Alda Joanette; and his siblings, Delima Campbell, Alma Jolly and Roger Joanette.

He is survived by: his wife Thérèse Joanette; his children, Daniel Joanette (Jolanta) and Nicole Noble (Jim); his grandchildren, Nadine Noble, Melissa Noble, Celeste Paderson (Chris) and Daniel Joanette (Kacey); his great grandchildren, Kameron Noble, Leyland Noble, Eowyn Joanette and Evan Paderson; and his sisters, Ida Gravelle, Cécile Leclair, Juliette Gravelle, Lucille Beach and Berthe Lavoie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
