We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Charlotte Wanita Yvonne Dugan in Campbellford, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Dugan; her children, John (Gwen), Julie Macklin (Michael), James, Janet Burns (Pat) and Joel; and her siblings, Joanne McKenna, Bruce, Leonard, Larry and John Nicholas. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Due to capacity restrictions we ask the following of attendees to visitation or services: masks are mandatory inside and strongly encouraged outside, contact tracing will be taken, physical distancing will be maintained.
