He was predeceased by: his grandson Bailey McDonald; his parents, Wilson McDonald and Florence McDonald; and his brother John McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Karen McDonald; his grandchildren, Brian Storm (Dena), Melissa Quinlan (Daniel), Ashley D'Alessandris (John), Matthew O'Brien (Kayla), Amanda Moss, Ashley Moss (Brent), Benjamin McDonald (Summer), Zachary McDonald (Britney), Natalie Torrance and Maggie Torrance; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Sophie, Charlotte, Josie, Theo, Jack, Lilly, Beatrice and Arlo; his siblings, Betty Wickman and Shirley McDonald (Fred); and his sister-in-law Deb McDonald.
In lieu of flowers, donations in cheque form can be issued to "The Bailey McDonald Memorial Literacy Fund - Trent Hills Library" would be greatly appreciated on behalf of the family.
