He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chandler and Margaret Marie Chandler; and his brothers, Patrick Chandler, Joseph Chandler and Peter Chandler.

He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Chandler; his children, Robert Chandler (Kendra), Jeff Chandler (Julie) and Krista Chandler; his grandchildren, Gabrielle and Ares Chandler; and his siblings, George Chandler (Judy), Ethel Nietzel (Don), John Chandler (Darlene), Mary Gunn and Paul Chandler.
