Shirley Tennant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Tennant in Cambridge, Ontario, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart Tennant; her great-grandparents, Gigi (Alan), Elayne (Matthew) and Charlotte; her parents, Archibald Love and Lillian Love; and her siblings, Gertrude, Lindsay, Donald and Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Louise Campbell (Larry) of Cambridge and Gail Eyers (Bobby) of Okotoks, Alberta.; her sister-in-law Mary Love; and her brother Norm Love (Shirley). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, as well as many great friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (26 Schofield St, Cambridge, ON N3C1Y3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
