She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollie Phinney and Daisy Phinney; her sister Beulah Delaney; and her former husband Frank Cook. She is survived by: her children, Brian (Cathy), Shirley (Les), Roberta (Morris) and Colin (Marnie); and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Graham), Aaron, Hailey (Jordan), Keaton, Beth (Jason), Ian (Jeni), Craig (Linzi), Hollie, Ramee (Mark), Emilee and Adam.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer Society of Waterloo Wellington would be appreciated by the family.
