With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Swan (Cambridge, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on April 2, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Everitt Swan; and her parents, Albert Zimmerman and Barbara Zimmerman. She is survived by: her daughters, Marion Wilkinson (Robert) and Gwen Schultz (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Kenny (Ashley), Matthew (Rachel), Melisa (Justin), Samantha, Grey, Kenzie, Liam, Grace, Amelia, Madelyn and Freya; her siblings, Shirley Near and Rosemary Waterman (Jim); her sons, Gary, Mark and Michael; and her siblings, Donnie, Joyce and Laurie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a community of dear friends.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Innisfree House or to the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society.
