It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine (Humphrey) Weir of Cambridge, Ontario, who passed away on November 22, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maxine (Humphrey) Weir to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Humphrey and Minnie Humphrey (Straffordville) of Bayham Township; and her siblings, Hugh Humphrey, Holly Beckett, Madge Graydon-Ayres and Donna Gilbert.
She is survived by: her husband John Weir; her children, Kim Mosgrove of Cambridge and Jeff Bowlby (Jacqueline Tebbens) of Ottawa; her grandson Nick Mosgrove (Heather) of Oakville; her great grandchildren, Bruce, Thea, Edward, Parker, Brandon Mosgrove (Rachael) of Kitchener, Alysha Mosgrove (Tyler Delane) of Brantford, Seth of Ottawa, Kirk of Ottawa, Luke of Ottawa and Mark Bowlby of Ottawa; her stepchildren, Barbara Thibert, Robert and Michael Weir; and also, Sullivan, Casey Rae and Caleb.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coutts Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (96 St Andrews St, Cambridge, ON N1S1M8). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations made in Maxine's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
