He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy; his parents, Reginald and Doris (Mackenzie); his brothers, Reginald Lewis (Ed) and Robert Lewis (Brian); and his sister-in-law Helen Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Tricia and Jody (Meagan); his brother Donald Lewis (Carolyn); and his close friends, Jennifer Harmon and Lyle Havens. He is also survived by five grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
