She was predeceased by: her husband Konstantinos. She is survived by: her child Vula Palaskas Kawalez (Michael Kawalez); and her granddaughter Nicole Kerro Kawalez (Darren Scaravelli).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the New Hope Cemetery (235 Cooper St, Cambridge, ON N3C2J9).
