He was predeceased by: his father John. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his daughters, Jaclyn (Craig Pilkington), Rachel (Adam Wells) and Kristen (Greg Brown); his grandchildren, Judah, Jayden, Victoria, Skyla, Fynn, Wesley, Hudson and Emilie; his mother Menny; and his siblings, Alice (Randy Groen), Rick (Marcia Werkhoven) and Wayne (Bernice Werkhoven).
In lieu of flowers the family would ask that you make a donation to Forward Church Cambridge Youth program which held a very special place in John's heart.
