She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma and Ran; her brother Allan; and her former husband Dale. She is survived by: her children, Paul (Julia), Blair (Gillian), Kelly (David) and Leanne (Matthew); her grandchildren, Emma, Andrew, Paige, Finley, Bennett, Samuel, Avery and Gabriel; her sister Janice (Ron); her sister-in-law Barb (Allan); and her nieces and nephews, Peter, Jane, Kirk, Jennifer, Michael, Paige, Stacey, Alana, Meghan, Paul, Tony and Angela.

The family wishes memorial contributions to be made to either the Kinbridge Community Association or the Cedar Hill United Church.

“Dear Paul, Blair, Kelly, Leanne and family. I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with your dear mom at Family and Children's Services for many years. She could always be counted on for a laugh and her love of children and families. I loved her zest for life. She had a social life to be envied. Mostly what I remember about her was her intense love for her family. I feel like I know you all very well because she could not stop talking about how proud she was. You were her life.”
