He was predeceased by: his wife Filomena Figueiredo. He is survived by: his children, Maria (Manuel Soares), Marie Ines (Joe Luz) and Jose Martinho (Elisa Figueiredo); his grandchildren, Betty, Jeff, Brian, Michelle, Christina and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Aria, Evan, Maxwell and Spencer.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A rosary was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church (185 Elgin St S, Cambridge, ON N1R7C8). A burial was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Parklawn Cemetery (750 Fountain St N, Cambridge, ON N3H4R7).
