It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Lush (Cambridge, Ontario), born in Meaford, Ontario, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Karen; his parents, Ella Lush and Jean Wiley; his siblings, Murray Lush, Pearl Whitfield and Florence Oliver; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Whitfield, Don Oliver and Virginia Wiley.
He is survived by: his friend Alice Farrell; his children, Scott Lush (Lindsay) and Stacey Hawkins (Matt); his grandchildren, Paige, Layla and Hudson; his brothers-in-law, Kevin Wiley (Anne) and Kenneth Wiley; his nieces, Deb Oliver-Latendre (Ray), Diane Oliver (Dennis) and Kelly Plater (D'Arcy); his nephew Colin Wiley (Shiori); and his brother Ronald Lush (Linda). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lounsbury Funeral Home (1766 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, ON N3C1N8). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
