She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Gowing; her children, Joanne Grace and David Gowing; her parents, Joseph Killingback and Mary Killingback; and her siblings, Irene Modrowski and Joseph Killingback.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Rae (Andrew), Dawn Carr (Gary), Esther Reed (Craig) and Jonathan Gowing; her grandchildren, David, Rachel (Joshua), Katherine (Ross), Stephen (Minh), Andrew, Elizabeth (Sam), Jonathan (Bryane), Laura (Scott), William (Val) and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Aivry, Josiah, Tobias, Summer, Kaila, Dorothy, Gordon, Emma, Bruno, Sarai, Rebekah and Nathanael; and her brothers, Edward "Ted" Killingback and Jonathan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
