We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2024, at the age of 78, Carol Ann Buitenhuis (Cambridge, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carol Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bert Buitenhuis; and her brothers, Phillip and Gary. She is survived by: her children, Ken (Tao Cruikshank) and Leasa; and her grandchildren, Jake, Josh and Haley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Innisfree Hospice or SickKids Hospital.
