He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Miller and Leslie Miller of Sheffield. He is survived by: his sons, Blake Miller (Tracy Sinclair) and William Miller; his grandchildren, Sydney and Hope Miller; and his siblings, Alan Miller (Sherrie) of Sheffield and Donna Clements (John) of Windsor.
