He is survived by: his significant other Sheila; his daughters, Meagan Herring (Jon), Jillian Jolkowski (Tyler) and Jamie; his grandsons, Maddox, Mason, Logan and Hayden; his parents, Larry Kinzie and Carol Kinzie; his siblings, Brad (Anne) and Brenda Feeney (Greg); and his friend Tyler. He is also survived by extended family, including in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers.
