He is survived by: his grandmother Maria Cardoso; his mother Carole Cardoso (James Hammer); his sister Alyssa Cardoso (Ian Fowler); his grandparents, Filippo and Guiseppina Vitale; his aunt Joanne Martin; his uncle Tom Martin; his close friends, Tyler, Joshua and Gabriella Martin; and his caregivers, Asiya, Dr Jones and Renata of Hamilton. He is also survived by his many friends and extended family.
