He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Brooks (Gohm) and Clarence Brooks; and his siblings, Bernice Stillar (late Sheldon), Raymond (Pat Eades) and Ken (Stephanie).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Bolton) of Callander; his children, Angela (Derek Barfitt) of Oshawa and Michael (Allison) of Corbeil; his granddaughters, Grace, Rebecca and Isabelle; and his siblings, Norma Currie (late Lawrence) of Loring, Lynda Glenney (Paul) of Stoney Creek, Pat Fleming (Dick Walters) of Callander, Paul Brooks (Liz) of Callander, Karen Tucker (Bill) of Bear Valley, Sharon Elliott (Graham) of Barrie, Joyce Davis (Henry) of Callander and Brenda Brooks of North Bay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
