He was predeceased by: his parent Bill Douglas; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his spouse Johanne Maye; his children, Thomas Jr. and Tyler; his stepchildren, Shaun Maye and Sabrina Maye; his parent Margaret Monte; and his siblings, David, Brenda Verral (Chris) and Jim Monte (Crystal).
