He is survived by: his spouse Tineke DeGelder; his children, Henry, Gerard, Judy, Clinton and Rebecca; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madison, Kyler, Cole, Jake, Brittany, Emily, Ryan, Sarah, Hannah, Isaiah, Luke and Kyle. He is also survived by his two brothers and one sister, his many in-laws, nieces, nephews and extended family.
