Leonard Bannerman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2021, Leonard Bannerman of Caledonia, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Bannerman; his parents, William Bannerman and Winifred Bannerman; his son-in-law Bill Bryce; his brother Midford Bannerman (Thelma); and his parents-in-law, Jack Keith (Mary), Gordon Keith (Helen), Bruce Keith (Helen), Grace Townsend (Ken) and Terry Nethery.

He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis Bannerman of Caledonia and Dorothy Thomson (Earl) of Barrie; his grandchildren, Jayson Bryce, Elisa Bryce, Melody Bryce and Sandi Bryce-Chamberlin; his sister-in-law Elda Nethery; his niece Sharron Edgar; and his nephew Don Bannerman (Trish Soldan). He is also survived by extended family, neighbours and friends.

Due to varying Covid-19 restrictions within the province, a graveside service to honour Leonard's life will be held at Culross-Teeswater Cemetery on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at 1:30 p. m., Reverend Bonnie Mair officiating.
