We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2021, at the age of 83, Jack Sytsma (Caledonia, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oebele Sytsma and Abeltje Sytsma. He is survived by: his wife Justina Sytsma; his children, Grace and Michael Koopman; his grandchildren, Dennis, Jacquelynne, Luke Parsons and Brett; and his siblings, Bernie Sytsma, William (Jenny Sytsma), Garry (Harmene Sytsma) and Peter Sytsma.

There will be a "Celebration of Life" on Jan. 3, 2022 by invitation only due to COVID protocols.
