He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jeffrey (Marty Reaume), Gilroy (Jennifer) and Carey (Dean Robson); his grandchildren, Siobhan (Chris Vanderboor), Meghan, Jared, Amanda, Lucas and Ethan; his great-grandparent Opa Opa; his stepchildren, Cathy Vermeltfoort and Jerry Vermeltfoort; his stepgrandchildren, Amber (David Ramos), Paige Wilson (James), Quentin and Bennett; his siblings, Herman, Jan, Theo, Tonnie, Frans and Riet van Kerkhoff; his parents, Gijsbertus Lucassen and Johanna Lucassen; and his brothers, Bill and Joop.
